The rear of the property, including the lanai and pool area, face south-west so you can be assured of receiving plenty of sunshine and benefit from the spectacular sunsets most evenings. In fact, Cape Coral typically receives 335 days of bright sunshine every year. Care and attention has been applied to all the rooms in this home to ensure the utmost of pleasure and convenience during your stay. The property is landscaped with palms and trees,and it is air conditioned.

The master bedroom has two large (his and hers) walk-in closets, a separate toilet, bathroom with his and hers wash basins and a large enclosed shower. There is also a Jacuzzi jetted bath. The Master Bedroom has a single door leading to the lanai and pool area and is equipped with a king-size bed, cordless telephone and LCD TV.

Bedroom two has a large closet, and queen-size bed. It has views across the water to the rear of the property.

Bedroom three has twin beds and a large closet. Between bedrooms two and three is a connecting hallway and a bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower.

The double front doors and tiled entrance area lead through to a huge open-plan area with vaulted and cathedral ceilings. To the immediate left is the formal living room with seating areas. To the immediate right is a formal dining room. Beyond, to the right, there is a large, modern, open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with all new ‘high-end’ appliances for your needs, including a built-in stainless steel Kenmore Elite ceramic stove, oven, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, Kenmore Elite refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, and toaster, etc. All the kitchen counter-tops are sparkling black granite with a black cast iron double bowl Kohler sink. Beyond the kitchen area there is a dining area/nook with a glass dining table and six chairs with a pool and canal view through a large mitered window. The kitchen area also has a granite breakfast bar area with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry/utility room with a huge, top-of-the-line, Bosch front loading washing machine and separate dryer.

A cordless telephone is available. Central within the property, is the great room which is equipped with a large screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Triple sliding patio doors lead to the lanai and pool area. There is a two-car garage, large, screened lanai area with a good sized attractive solar heated swimming pool. The lanai area is equipped with a selection of outdoor furniture and seating.

High speed wireless internet is available for guest use. A printer/copier/fax/scanner is also available.

This home is situated on a wide salt water canal with access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. There is a large dock which is great for fishing from and fishing rods and tackle are available. There is also a boat lift should you decide to rent a boat from a nearby marina. For trips to the fabulous beaches nearby, beach chairs, towels and mats are included.
